DAX Real Estate is a boutique real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily and mixed use properties. Our mission is simple: to maximize profitability and market appreciation by aggressively adding value to our properties. Our investment strategy is multifaceted. Through meticulous research and careful property selection, we adhere tightly to the maxim that “profit is made at purchase”. By coupling acquisition of distressed properties with strong, efficient value creation, we seek to generate investor returns in both the long and short term. An expansive network of local brokers allows us to reliably gain insight and understanding of micro market conditions. These relationships also often provide opportunity for off market acquisitions. Our vertically integrated structure reflects our commitment to a seamless investment cycle, which we believe yields valuable synergy.

DANIEL HEDAYA
MANAGING PARTNER
With over 17 years of experience across multiple facets of real estate, Daniel brings a broad range of knowledge and experience. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, he oversees the sourcing and acquisition of investment opportunities, financing and lender relationships, and corporate strategy of the firm.
Daniel started his career as a real estate broker in the aftermath of September 11 in the Financial District. As a former Managing Partner of Platinum Properties, a boutique real estate brokerage, he oversaw thousands of transactions spanning from residential rentals to commercial sales. He was also responsible for the marketing and technology departments of the company, which inspired him to find new and innovative ways to leverage automation to increase efficiency.
Throughout his career, he has invested in multiple real estate properties across the United States, ranging from retail to condominium. He is a Founder and CEO of Ankor Management, a property management company which operates in 5 states and has offices in the US and China. Daniel previously owned and operated Wall Street Walls, a general contracting company.

Daniel currently sits on the board of the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration and is a supporter of other charities including FIDF, UJA, and The Gabrielle's Angel Foundation.
MAxwell SEIBALD
As Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Maxwell oversees the financial analysis of investment opportunities, capital relationships, asset management, and the firm's strategic business initiatives.
Maxwell has a Masters degree from the NYU Stern School of Business with a specialization in Real Estate, Finance and Management. He also has an undergraduate degree with a specialization in Finance from the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University.
Before focusing on active real estate investing, Maxwell has made a number of successful investments in startups, private equity transactions, real estate, and several hospitality businesses including: The Garret, Chillhouse, and Kind Regards. He has played professional lacrosse for nine years with two stints on Team USA, while also managing to run two separate successful lacrosse companies; one focused on youth lacrosse club teams in NYC and the other focused on youth lacrosse camps and clinics across the US. He is also the co-author of a children’s book called “The ABC’s of Boys Lacrosse.”
Maxwell sits on the board of CityLax and still actively coaches youth lacrosse in NYC, supporting the growth of the game.
